REUTERS, Dec 15 — Grab Holdings Ltd, the largest ride-hailing and food delivery firm in Southeast Asia, is buying Malaysian grocery chain Jaya Grocer Holdings Sdn Bhd, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

KUALA LUMPUR, March 22 — Malaysian consumers’ panic buying has resulted in the temporary suspension of online grocery delivery services amid fears of the Covid-19 outbreak and the 14-day Movement Control Order (MCO).
